USC Undergraduate Housing

For their first year, USC International students are required to live in program-approved housing. You have a choice of three housing options, so you can choose whether you want to:

• Live on-campus or off-campus.
• Share a bedroom or have a private bedroom.
• Live with one, two, three or four roommates.

Option A:
International House at Maxcy College

Overview

Location: On-campus.
Type: Suite with multiple bedrooms.
Bedroom: Shared with one roommate.

Unique to Maxcy, students can enjoy community-sponsored international activities that engage them in international affairs, foster cross-community dialogue, inspire exploration of new areas of interest and nurture a sense of community among students of diverse backgrounds.

Housing prices drop in the summer due to shorter time span; this accounts for price differences.
